What story am I in your life?
Professionally, I transitioned from a successful career in digital marketing, working with companies like Google and Amazon, to become a life and executive coach, OD consultant, and yoga trainer. I love working with individuals and organisations in enabling them to be the best that they can be.

Hariprasad transitioned from a decade-long career in digital consulting into leadership and organisational development eight years ago. His journey has been one of rediscovering and reimagining what it means to live a life that creates a context for personal unfoldment and fulfilment that simultaneously enlivens self, other and the context one is in.

This pursuit led him to found Zensei Leadership Pvt. Ltd. to design leadership, coaching and OD programs, and Yogaśāla to curate holistic wellness retreats, workshops and personalised consultations for individuals and groups across India and abroad. He specialises in creating deeply self-reflective explorations through experiential and embodied practices anchored in ideas drawn from arts, music, and theatre contextualising it in lived experience of the individual and the organisation. This enables participants to come up with original and personal leadership narratives for themselves.

Hari started his career working with Google, Accenture and Amazon in the digital consulting domain. As a coach, he has worked with leaders from diverse sectors such as IT, Medicine, Law, Mental Health, Marketing and Education as a facilitator and coach. His clients include leaders from organisations such as Google, Amazon, Microsoft, TCS, TVS Motors, and Infosys. Hari works with Totally Aligned Organisation (TAO) in facilitating leadership development programs. In his work with Ritambhara, he works extensively with archetypes from Mahabharata in the context of self-exploration.

Hari has completed training in Transformational Coaching from Transcend International (Hong Kong), and facilitator training in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method from the Association of Master Trainers. Currently, he is pursuing his Internship in Process Work (IPW) with Sumedhas. He has also received international accreditation in yoga therapy with International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT), and trainings in Counselling, NLP, and Healing Chants.

Life Coach & OD Consultant
I’m trained in life coaching and OD by TAO Leadership Academy (TAO LA), Bangalore, India. TAO LA’s training is in alignment with the standards recommended by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).

I engage in coaching conversations with individuals who wish to explore any pattern in their life and tap into their inherent potential to be the best version of themselves. I take both online and in-person coaching sessions.

I’m part of the Ritambhara Gharana of coaching and I’m part of faculty of coaches in Quinnergy and TAO LA. As part of the TAO and Quinnergy team, I work with corporate teams in enabling organisational and individual transformation.
Yogapreneur
I’m an international yoga trainer (RYT 500) with a wealth of experience in learning yoga in its most authentic and holistic form from legendary teachers in the tradition of Sri T Krishnamacharya. I teache one-to-one personalised yoga classes online for students across India and abroad.

I love to work on co-creating unique workshops that combine yoga with other disciplines and arts. Some such programs are Rāga Yoga (music and yoga), Buddha Bowl (mindful cooking and healing chants), Minna Minni (Yoga through storytelling), and Drishyam (Yoga through photography).
Digital Nomad
I founded Digital Nomad in 2019 as a digital venture offering digital marketing consulting and training services to businesses and professionals. Digital Nomad focus on delivering top notch digital marketing trainings and consulting services to help businesses strategise and streamline their digital marketing initiatives.

In a way, I chose to be a digital nomad before it became the norm following COVID pandemic in 2020. 🙂 I use the online medium to empower professionals and organisations digitally.
Tarot reader
I stumbled upon tarot cards accidentally through a friend and has been fascinated by it ever since. I explored my interest in guidance cards by getting self-trained in Angel Card reading, and subsequently getting professionally trained in Oracle Cards and Tarot cards by other professional readers.

What started off as a hobby to entertain close friends, family and my yoga retreat participants turned into professional consulting as more people started requesting for tarot sessions.
Story teller
I loved listening to stories like most kids when he was a child. I continue to love the impact of a well told story on an individual and pursue the path of storytelling to explore the potential of stories. In 2017, I got trained in storytelling by the renowned international story teller Deepa Kiran (Founder – Story Arts India).

I’ve collaborated with Deepa Kiran to co-create a unique program ‘Minna Minni’ introducing each element of yoga through stories for kids and adults.

I’m also working with some educational institutions in creating curriculums for schools where stories can be used as a medium of self-reflection and contemplation.
