Ultimately, we are all just a story. What story am I in your life? 🙂

Hari founded Yogasala in 2016 to travel and create spaces for Yoga On The Go. Yogasala captures the essence and spirit of his passion for travel, yoga, adventure, and fun. The idea of Yogasala is rooted in the firm belief that each individual is unique in their physical and mental composition. This means the yoga practice need to adapt to the unique needs and capabilities of an individual to enable them to awaken their true potential or to heal. This is unlike a run-of-the-mill Yoga Studio where a general yoga template is applied for the entire group.
Yogasala is conceived a location-independent platform which allows Hari to travel far and wide to create Yogasalas On The Go. As part of the Yoga Trails initiative of Yogasala, Hari regularly organises yoga retreats across India and abroad. Hari believes in the power of Sangha (community) and freely collaborates with other yoga trainers and organisations to create these retreats and workshops. Since the inception of the idea of Yogasala, Hari has created Yogasalas in the form of retreats and workshops in the following places:
- Istanbul, Turkey
- Hyderabad, Telangana
- Bangalore, Karnataka
- Gulmarg, Kashmir
- Chirrapunji, Meghalaya
- Binsar Wildlife Sanctuary, Uttarakhand
- Uttar Kashi, Uttarakhand
- Cochin, Kerala
- Kotagiri, Tamil Nadu
- Hampi, Karnataka
- Agartala, Tripura

Hari loved listening to stories like most kids when he was a child. He continue to love the impact of a well told story on an individual and pursue the path of storytelling to explore the potential of stories. Hari got trained in storytelling by the renowned international story teller Deepa Kiran (Founder – Story Arts India Foundation) in 2017.
Since then Hari has been engaging in story telling sessions for kids and adults. Hari’s forte is stories from Indian epics and mythology. He brings the ancient alive to the audience by bringing in a touch of contemporariness to each story that he narrates. Hari sees story telling as a means for the individual to connect Inside-Out from within to the world around them, just as yoga is a means for the individual to connect Outside-In from the world outside to the Self within.
Hari has also collaborated with Deepa to co-create a unique program ‘Minna Minni’ introducing each element of yoga through stories for kids and adults.
